Intensify the problem to make them feel the frustration and discomfort, driving them to want to do something about it. Remember, people are often more motivated to avoid pain than to seek out pleasure.

Then, dive into what they’ve already done to try to solve the problem, describing it in detail. Explain why those efforts didn’t work, showing them that there’s still a need for a real solution.
